- Minimum Education and Experience :
– S1 degree in Geology or Mining Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in geotechnical of stope mine. - Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) :
– Have knowledge of basic theory of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering from university course work.
– Be able to communicate with field people, lead subordinates, develop or train subordinates and must be energetic & willing to work in the field.

4. Chief Accountant Underground Mine
About the job Chief Accountant Underground Mine:
- Direct, review and control Underground Operation & Maintenance accounting and financial activities, to ensure the activities and expenditures are in line with company objectives and policies, and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAP) and ensure proper internal control and internal control compliance.
Chief Accountant Underground Mine Core Competencies (Knowledge and Skills):
- Understanding in maintenance operation, underground mining, project estimation, project administration, and financial process.

Required Qualifications of Chief Accountant Underground Mine:
- Education: The candidate must have a bachelors degree, S1 Degree in Mining Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Economics, and familiar with underground mining and maintenance operation.
- Experience: The candidate for this position must have at least 10 years of working experience in mining, business consultancy or similar industry. Preferably senior/manager level in reputable business consultant, Big 4 auditor firm, or multinational company.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills both written and verbal form
- Computer Skills/SAP/Onestream: Candidate for the position must have great computer skills in SAP system, OneStream system, demonstrate high proficiency in the use of MS Office and consolidation/reporting tools.
- Analytical Skills: A candidate must be able to demonstrate good analytical skills to be able to analyze cost performance and operation data.
- Interpersonal Skills: The candidate for the position must have an aptitude on leadership, project management, communication, and critical thinking
